“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Duncan Raggett (IP No. 22796) of Anderson, Anderson & Brown LLP, 1 Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA be hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up and that any power conferred on him by law, or by this resolution, may be exercised, and any act required or authorised under any enactment may be done by him.”
