Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency Rules (England and Wales) 2016 ("the Rules") that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the Company is being proposed by Steven John Parker, Liquidator of the Company.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: That the Liquidator's fees be fixed by reference to the time given by him and his staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by Opus Restructuring LLP at the time when the work is performed; and that the Liquidator be authorised to draw "Category 2" disbursements to be fixed as set out in the expenses estimate.

The virtual meeting will be held on 24 October 2018 at 1.00 pm. Please contact the Liquidator at least one business day before the virtual meeting to obtain access information.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Liquidator by one of the following methods:
