NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Liquidator of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 12 September 2018 at 10:00am for the purpose of converting the company from Members’ Voluntary Liquidation to Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation and deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.
