“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Bonney,(IP No. 009379) of Quantuma LLP, Vernon House, 23 Sicilian Avenue, London WC1A 2QS and Andrew Hosking,(IP No. 9009) of Quantuma LLP, Vernon House, 23 Sicilian Avenue, London WC1A 2QS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
