NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Paragraph 52 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Partnership will be held at Park Plaza Sherlock Holmes, 108 Baker Street, London, W1U 6LJ on 24 November 2017 at 11:00am for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, approving the Proposals of the Joint Administrators for achieving the aim of the Administration and also to consider establishing and, if thought fit, to appoint a creditors' committee. Resolutions to be considered at the meeting may also include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Joint Administrators are to be remunerated.

A person authorised under Section 323 of the Companies Act 2006 to represent a corporation must produce to the Chairman of the meeting a copy of the resolution from which their authority is derived. The copy resolution must be under seal of the corporation, or certified by the secretary or director of the corporation as a true copy.

Please note that a creditor is entitled to vote only if he has delivered to the Joint Administrators not later than 12:00 noon on 23 November 2017 details in writing of the debt claimed to be due from the Partnership, and the claim has been duly admitted under the provisions of the Insolvency Rules 1986 and there has been lodged with the Joint Administrators any proxy which the creditor intends to be used on his behalf.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, for the purposes of Paragraph 49(6) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that members of the Partnership should write to the Joint Administrators as indicated below, for copies of the Joint Administrators' Statement of Proposals. Copies of the Proposals will be sent free of charge.

The Joint Administrators are William Matthew Humphries Tait (office holder number 9564), Malcolm Cohen (officeholder 6825) and Colin Michael Trevethyn Haig (officeholder 7965) all of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU.
