Notice is hereby given that creditors of the Company are required, on or before 21 February 2020, to prove their debts by delivering a statement of claim and documentary evidence of debt (in the format specified in Rule 7.16 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018 to the Joint Liquidators at 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU.

If so required by notice from Joint Liquidators, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidators consider is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.

Note: The Directors of the Compay have made a declaration of solvency and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
