“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Woodthorpe and Simon Jagger, both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London WC2N 6JU, (IP Nos. 18370 and 22838), be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
