“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Darren Wilson (IP No. 9518) of DKF Insolvency Limited, 6 Royal Mews, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 1DB be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
