By written resolution of a majority of members holding not less than 75% of the total voting rights of eligible members the following resolutions were passed on 22 June 2020 as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Conrad Beighton (IP No. 9556) and David Griffiths (IP No. 22930) both of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up of the Company."
