At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 20 August 2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily."

"That James Earp and Peter Hart of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 1 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London E14 4HD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Liquidators."

The creditors confirmed the nomination of the Liquidators appointed by the members and accordingly, James Earp and Peter Hart remain as Liquidators of the Company.
