Notice is hereby given that on 5 April 2019 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Graeme Donnelly, Chairperson of Bee Digital Web and SEO Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that Bee Digital Web and SEO Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC589178) and having its Registered Office at 4th Floor, 115 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4JN be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, be appointed as provisional liquidators by Interlocutor dated 5th April 2019 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
