Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 February 2021, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Laurence Pagden (IP No. 9055) and Jonathan Bass (IP No. 11790) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
