A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 65 Lodge Road, Walsall, WS5 3LA, presented on 23 July 2019, by FN GLOBAL MEAT BV of De heer DGA van der Doom, Heliotroopring 700, 3316 KG Dordrecht, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 10 September 2019 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 9 September 2019
