A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 4TH Floor, 7/10 Chandos Street, Cavendish Square, London W1G 9DQ presented on the 11th September 2019 by LCN LEGAL LIMITED whose Registered Office is at 43 Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London W1J 5AP claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 12th day of November 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours 11th November 2019.
