“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) of SFP Restructuring Limited, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London, E14 9XQ be, and he is hereby, appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up.”
