“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) and Paul William Harding (IP No. 6310) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3QR be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
