Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 September 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) and Paul William Harding (IP No. 6310) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3QR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."

Subsequently, the creditors resolved to appoint Henry Anthony Shinners (IP No. 9280) and Kevin Ley (IP No. 25090) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG as the joint liquidators of the Company.
