"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gregory Andrew Palfrey (IP No. 9060) and Timothy Sloggett (IP No. 25330) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of voluntary winding up."
