“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Smithson (IP No. 9317) and Alex Cadwallader (IP No. 9501) both of Leonard Curtis, 1580 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7AG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
