At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 2.00 pm, on 25 August 2021, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Michael John Berry (IP No. 9605) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool, L3 9AG and Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 4th Floor, Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 25 August 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Stephen Michael John Berry and Trevor John Binyon as Joint Liquidators.
