“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Forsyth (IP No. 8219) of Campbell Dallas, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
