A petition to wind up the above-named company of BCL (Libya) Limited (previously Biwater Construction Limited) (00868564) Biwater House, Station Approach, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1TZ, whose nature of business is the construction of water projects, presented on 11 May 2022 by ERMİR İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. of Kizilay Mahallesi Sümer 2 Cad. Akkan İş Hani Apt. No: 31/3 Çankaya, 06420, Ankara, Turkey claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 3 August 2022 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
