Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed in writing pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006 on 2 January 2020, as special and ordinary resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the Joint Liquidators are authorised to distribute among the members in specie or in kind the whole or any part of the assets of the Company and that Benjamin John Wiles (IP No. 10670) and Paul David Williams (IP No. 9294) both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator is to be done by them jointly or by any one of them."
