A Petition to wind up the above-named company of BB1 CONSTRUCTION LTD (10067898) of Hamill House, Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4DH, whose nature of business is Development of building projects, presented on Tuesday 11 January 2022, at 10:30 by ALDERMORE BANK PLC, of Apex Plaza, Forbury Road, Reading RG1 1AX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 02 February 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
