At a general meeting of the Company duly convened and held at Marine Court Hotel, 18 Quay Street, Bangor BT20 5ED on Wednesday 20th March 2019 at 11.15am the following resolutions were passed:

(a) Special Resolution

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

And

(b) Ordinary Resolutions

1. That Joan Houston, Houston Hunter, 32 Shandon Drive, Bangor, Co Down be appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company.
