Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 21 December 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Neil John Maddocks (IP No. 9239) and Rob Coad (IP No. 11010) both of South West & Wales Business Recovery, Orchard Street Business Centre, 13-14 Orchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5EH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
