On 10 June 2020 the members of the above named Company passed the following written resolutions as Special and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Dominic Paul Dumville (IP No. 17890) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) and Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company to act jointly or severally.”
