“That the company be wound up voluntarily and Joylan Sunnassee (IP No. 10470) of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 5TZ be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
