On 31 August 2018 the above-named Company went into voluntary liquidation. Phillip Booth of Booth & Co, Coopers House, Intake Lane, Ossett, West Yorkshire WF5 0RG is acting as liquidator.

Pursuant to Rule 4.80 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rule 1986, I, Laura Jane Bruce of 33 Inkerman Court, Ayr KA7 1HF hereby give notice that I was a Director of the above company during the twelve months ending with the day before it went into liquidation. I have purchased certain goods and assets of Bavava Restaurants Ltd from the liquidator.

I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Bavava Restaurants Ltd (SC466115) under the name of, or a substantially similar name to Papadoms or Döner Haus.
