Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 26 January 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tommaso Waqar Ahmad (IP No. 9475) and Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 26 January 2022 the appointment of Tommaso Waqar Ahmad and Paul Bailey as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
