"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and "that Louise Freestone (IP No 20170) of Bridgewood Financial Solutions Limited, Second Floor, Poynt South, Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 6LF, and Colin David Wilson (IP No 8989) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be appointed Joint Liqu idators of the Company".

The Liquidators act jointly and severally.
