This notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Matthew John Waghorn and Anthony Malcolm Cork, of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

That the Joint Administrators' proposals for achieving the purpose of the Administration, as set out in the Joint Administrators' Report and Statement of Proposals, be approved; That the basis of the Joint Administrators' remuneration be fixed as a set amount of ÂŁ50,000 plus VAT and by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Administration, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken, in accordance with their fees estimate dated 13 March 2019; That the Joint Administrators be authorised to draw Category 2 disbursements; The Joint Administrators will be discharged from liability under Paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 immediately upon their appointment as Joint Administrators ceasing to have effect and whether a creditors' committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a committee and if so, who the creditors' wish to nominate for membership of the committee.

The meeting will be held at 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ on 11 April 2019 at 11.00 am

All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4pm on 10 April 2019.

All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11.00 am on 11 April 2019.

This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
