To confirm the appointment of Iain Townsend and Martyn James Pullin of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 1st Floor, 34 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Business Park, Stockton On Tees, TS18 3TX as Joint Liquidators of the company, or to appoint an alternative Liquidator. 2. To receive nominations for a committee. 3. The meeting will be provided with information about, and may be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and seeking a decision from the creditors on the nomination of a liquidator as an expense of the liquidation.
