“The Company be restored to the Register of Companies”

“The company do continue in Members’ Voluntary Liquidation”; and

“Upon the Company being restored to the Registrar of Companies, Christopher Latos and Thomas D’Arcy shall be appointed as Joint Liquidators of Bartram Point Limited under S.108 of the Insolvency Act 1986.”
