Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors as requested by the creditors for the purpose of The creditors confirmed the nomination of the liquidators appointed by the members and accordingly, Gareth Buckley and Stacey Phipps remain as liquidators of the company. and That a Liquidation Committee be established if sufficient nominations by 15 July 2022 are received and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. The meeting will be held at The Mendip Room, Junction 24 Ltd, Sedgemoor Auction Centre, Market Way, Bridgwater, Somerset TA6 6DF on 15 July 2022, at 14:00.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Gareth Buckley at 2 The Crescent, Taunton TA1 4EA by no later than 16:00 on 14 July 2022.

The liquidator will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 16:00 on 14 July 2022.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 16:00 on 14 July 2022.
