"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Dix (IP No. 009327) of LB Insolvency Solutions Limited, Swift House, Ground Floor, 18 Hoffmanns Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1GU and Lloyd Biscoe (IP No. 9141) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 2EG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
