At a general meeting of the member of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Cousins Farmhouse, Bell Lane, Smarden, Kent TN27 8PB on 10 November 2020, at 12.00 noon the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) of CVR Global LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD and Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
