Notice is hereby given that on 29th March 2019 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the directors of Barraston Poultry Limited (Company Number SC408115) craving the Court inter alia to order that Barraston Poultry Limited, having their Registered Office at 216 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2PQ be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Stuart Charles Robb and Michelle Marie Elliot, Insolvency Practitioners, Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DA be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition Sheriff Swanson by Interlocutor dated 2nd April 2019 appointed the said Stuart Charles Robb and Michelle Marie Elliot, as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the Powers contained in Parts I, II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of three months from 2nd April 2019; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
