“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA and Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidators may be done by one of them."
