A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Barnstaple Estate Properties Limited (04833063) of Unit 18 Prospect Business Centre, Prospect Road, Cowes, Isle Of Wight PO31 7AD, whose nature of business is (68100) buying and selling of own real estate and (68209) other letting and operating of own or leased real estate, presented on Monday 23 August 2021, at 10:00 by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, of Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 5GD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 24 November 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
