A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at Unit 32 Carrwood Road, Grange Lane Industrial Estate, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S71 5AS, presented on 20 December 2021 by FEDERAL CAPITAL LIMITED whose registered office is at 14A Old Marsh Farm Barns, Welsh Road, Sealand, CH5 2LY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 22 February 2022 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). This hearing will proceed via Microsoft Teams.
