Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Compass House, 45 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4RY on 17 October 2017 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) and Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Compass House, 45 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4RY be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and they act either jointly or separately."
