A Petition to wind up the above named of 5th Floor, 196 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3WF was presented on 9 January 2019 by Nigel Harra, Brian Murphy, Michael Jennings, Laura Jackson, Sean Lavery, Carol Malcomson, Francis Martin, Maybeth Shaw and Alex Ward, a partnership trading as BDO Northern Ireland Accountants claiming to be a creditor of the company (the "Original Petitioner").

By order dated 24 June 2019 of District Judge Bever, the Original Petitioner was substituted by Empyrean LLC (the "Substituting Petitioner"). An Amended Petition was filed at court on 1 July 2019 (the "Amended Petition") and will be heard at the Manchester County Court, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on
