Notice is hereby given that the Joint Supervisors in this matter intend declaring an interim dividend to unsecured creditors who are required on or before 2 August 2019, being the last date for proving, to submit their claims to Nathan Jones, c/o Cooper Parry Group Limited, Sky View, Argosy Road, East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2SA, and provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as to support the claim.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he had not participated in it, any dividend subsequently declared.

The dividend will be declared within the period of three months from the last date for proving.

Nathan Jones and John Lowe, both of FRP Advisory LLP (IP Nos. 9326 and 9513), were appointed as replacement Joint Supervisors on 21 December 2018.
