Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 July 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Thomas Colbourne Frayne of Frayne Insolvency Practitioners Ltd be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."

Subsequently, the creditors resolved to appoint Mark Christopher Ford and FInbarr Thomas O'Connell (IP Nos 9521 and 7931) both of Smith and WIlliamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.
