At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 28 Angel Road, Thames Ditton, KT7 0AU on 2 November 2021 at 10.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) and Simon Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
