“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christine Convy and Angela Paterson, both of Dunedin Advisory Limited, Itek House, 1 Newark Road South, Glenrothes, Fife, KY7 4NS, (IP Nos 8785 and 14130) and be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally ”.
