Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at Unit 33, Broadfield Lane Industrial Estate, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8TA on 16 October 2018 the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Allen (IP No. 008740) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Leicester, LE19 1SD and Patrick Brian Ellward (IP No. 008702) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Suite A, 7th Floor, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, NG1 5FS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
