Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Company, with claims in excess of ÂŁ1,000 (including VAT) are required on or before the 2 November 2018, to complete the available proof of debt form providing particulars of their debts or claims and submit it to Adrian Allen of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Leicester, LE19 1SD and Patrick Ellward of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Suite A, 7th Floor, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, NG1 5FS and if so required by notice in writing, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.

A creditor, with a claim in excess of ÂŁ1,000, who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend before his debt was proved.

A creditor with a debt which does not exceed ÂŁ1,000 (according to the accounting records or statement of affairs of the Company as noted on the available list), will have their debt treated as if it were proved for the purposes of paying a dividend unless the creditor advises us at the below address on or before 2 November 2018 that the amount of the debt is incorrect or that no debt is owed. Where a creditor advises that the amount is incorrect they must also then submit a proof of debt in order to receive a dividend.
