"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Laura Anne Walshe (IP No. 26250) of Keystone Recovery Ltd, Suite 801 West Plaza, 144 High Street, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B70 6JJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
